I'm currently attending the University of Miami for my bachelor's degree in English on the premed track. I am working on a minor in chemistry. I've three years of experience tutoring students in science and math. I prioritize helping students find answers on their own, so I work alongside them step-by-step as we solve problems, and then I have students work through problems themselves. This help students develop problem-solving skills so that they become independent learners in the future. I've worked with everyone from third grade students through college students. I enjoy tutoring algebra, calculus, pre-calculus, trigonometry, literature, history, organic chemistry, general chemistry, English, social studies, essay writing and editing, and test preparation for the ACT, SAT, and other standardized exams. When I have spare time, I like to read, sew, play the clarinet and piano, play video games, and watch Netflix.
